Free home teeth whitening only at the end of Invisalign, composite bonding or black triangle closure treatment. This offer is open for all individuals who are existing and/or new patients at Sharoe Green Dental Practice.

Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with Invisalign, composite bonding, black triangle closure treatment, dental implants and teeth whitening. Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit for treatment will be at the clinician’s absolute discretion. Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit and suitable for Invisalign, composite bonding, black triangle closure treatment, dental implants and teeth whitening will be charged at an additional cost.

The discount will be applied when the final payment is made following the completion of the full Invisalign, composite bonding, black triangle closure treatment, dental implants or teeth whitening. The discount offer will not apply to appointments booked for an initial consultation only. Appointments are subject to availability. In the event that the treatment is paid for upfront in full the discount will be applied at the point of payment.

For all treatments which are not paid for upfront in full the discount will be applied when the final payment is made. Payments are subject to the standard practice policy which is available upon request. The treatment discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments.

All sales are final. In the event that a clinician is unavailable for any appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, Sharoe Green Dental Practice will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. The treatment discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Sharoe Green Dental Practice will exercise reasonable care to ensure that the treatment provided is safe and effective. However, Sharoe Green Dental Practice cannot guarantee that the treatment will be free from all risks. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues; we encourage you to contact the Practice immediately so that we can address your concerns. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights, including any claims for personal injury that may arise due to negligence. Please note that the Practice accepts no liability on behalf of the treating clinician and acts strictly as a liaison between the patient and the treating clinician only.

Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from Sharoe Greens Dental Practice’s negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law. The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only. Sharoe Green Dental Practice can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion and reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
